What is myAirDeals.com?

myAirDeals.com is a service that alerts you about airfare deals, sales and special promotions on flights from/to airports of your choice.

How do I pay for an air ticket?

You always pay directly to the airline or travel agent via its website. We do not sell any air tickets ourselves and therefore we do not accept any payments.

Where do the airfare deals come from?

In most cases, the airfare deals come directly from the airlines. We have a team of people that check their websites and newsletters on a daily basis as well as robots that download latest promotions from several travel agents.

Who shall I contact if I want to change my air ticket booking?

You should contact the airline/travel agent, you have bought the air ticket with.

Can you help me with my air ticket booking?

Since we do not sell any tickets, we are unfortunately unable to help you with the booking.

How many e-mails do I get?

You will only receive an e-mail from us if there is a new airfare deal matching your profile, which depends on how busy your routes are. You can set the maximum number of sent e-mails per week in your account settings, or if you prefer using RSS/XML feeds or widgets, you may choose not to receive e-mails at all.

I receive too many e-mails from you

First, try to update your profile and select only the routes you are really interested in. If your departure airport is busy, such as airports in New York or London and you opted to watch all destinations, there can be several new deals every day. If this does not help, go to your account settings and limit the number of e-mails you get per week. Uncheck the box to stop receiving e-mails from us at all.

How can I get a password to edit my settings?

Anytime you try to edit something in your account, a sign-in webpage will appear. If you do not have the password yet (or you forgot it), just click at the link on that webpage to have a password sent to your e-mail address.

How can I receive airfare deals alerts via RSS/XML?

Most modern browsers or e-mail clients support RSS feeds and will show you an icon in the address bar when you go to your My deals page. Click that icon to subscribe the feed. If your browser does not support RSS, just copy and paste the RSS/XML feed URL shown at your Account details to your RSS reader.

I cannot find the advertised flight

In some airfare deals, the number of cheap seats are limited (usually the number of tickets on sale is indicated in the text). Probably, cheap seats on your route are no longer available.

How do I cancel my account?
